Marketing Strategist

To carry forward our mission we are looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Digital marketing strategy: design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, acquire customers, and maximize ROI. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and communication teams to align marketing objectives with overall business priorities.

• Multichannel campaign management: define, plan, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing), ensuring consistent messaging and an optimal user experience.

• Innovation and experimentation: introduce new technologies and approaches to digital marketing, leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Performance analysis and optimization: monitor campaigns using key KPIs, leverage advanced data analytics platforms, and provide strategic recommendations based on the insights gathered.

• Market research and consumer Insights: conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and understand consumer behaviors. Use this data to shape the overall strategy.

• Cross-functional collaboration: work with internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies, including activities related to product launches, creative development, and process optimization.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic roles in digital marketing, focusing on multichannel and results-oriented campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, advertising platforms).

• Proven experience in creating marketing strategies that integrate affiliation, advertising, and other digital channels.

• Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Organizational and time management skills to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Creativity combined with a data-driven approach to solve complex problems and seize new opportunities.

• Previous experience in large-scale project management.
