Earn Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Drive the marketing strategies across multiple Binance Earn products and service
  • Collaborate with cross-teams, including marketing, regional teams, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Oversee and optimize marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and user campaigns
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights


Requirements
  • 3+ years minimum experience in integrated marketing campaigns with excellent data analytics capabilities
  • Proven success in growth marketing and operation, eg. operation campaign design, content marketing, email marketing, top-of-funnel growth, and funnel optimization
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools
  • Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills: build and manage strong relationships with their team and cross-functional colleagues
  • Data-focused: Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze data and gain insights from the data
