About the Role:

Fieldguide is seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning and execution of tradeshows and field events. This role is instrumental in connecting with our target audience through impactful, localized, event-driven marketing strategies. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen customer and partner relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating memorable experiences with measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategy, planning and execution of event-driven marketing strategies that align with Fieldguide’s business objectives.

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, logistics, and execution, from concept to post-event analysis.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create account-specific and regional event strategies designed to generate new pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen customer and partner relationships.

  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, ABM, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and deliverables for all 

  • event initiatives.

  • Tailor events to resonate with specific regions, customer segments, and industries, ensuring maximum relevance and engagement.

  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships to deliver high-quality event experiences on time and within budget.

  • Partner with alliances and co-host events with partners to elevate event impact, including co-branded marketing efforts and joint events.

  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for optimization.

  • Leverage learnings to continuously iterate and improve future programs.

  • Manage budgets for events and programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.

  • Travel to events as needed (up to 30%) to oversee execution, ensure brand consistency, and create engaging and impactful onsite experiences.

About You:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4-5 years focused specifically on Field Marketing.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, adept at analyzing metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

  • Expertise in tailoring marketing initiatives to specific regions, industries, or customer segments.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
