Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy position is a high-visibility, pivotal leadership role within Bio-Techne’s Reagent Solutions Division (RSD). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall digital marketing health of the division, driving the development of the Reagents Solutions Division’s (RSD) cross- business, multi-channel digital marketing strategy and steer execution to raise awareness, demand, and conversion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with company-wide stakeholders and key partner teams including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management and Data Analytics, to design optimal digital channel mix and strategies, analyze overall digital marketing performance, and optimize digital marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment and drive growth.Responsibilities:• Represent and translate RSD’s growth strategy into division-wide, multi-channel digital marketing strategies and tactical plan to drive awareness, demand, and conversion• Act as a conduit to provide business insights into digital marketing implementation strategies and execution plans to ensure alignment with business and campaign objectives, target customer and product priorities• Partner with Product Marketing to design optimal digital customer journeys and channel mix aligned to campaign goals, collaborate with Digital Marketing and Web teams to implement and adjust based on performance• Perform competitor digital marketing audits and devise plans to increase market share• Leading program management of high priority digital marketing projects• Analyze and produce detailed digital marketing performance data, develop insights and action plans, and manage performance review operating mechanisms• Coordinate paid search and media campaigns and onsite search, regularly reviewing and work with Digital Marketing to adjust keywords and ad groups to optimize performance• Monitor digital marketing budget, adjusting spend across each channel and platform to optimize ROI Keep up to date on latest developments and trends to take advantage of new opportunities and mitigate threatsRequirements:• 5-8 years digital marketing experience• Bachelors degree, marketing and/or scientific field of study preferred• Life science industry experience is required, scientific education a bonus• Strong knowledge and experience working across all digital channels, including organic and paid search, programmatic display, web, email, 3rd party display, paid and organic social media• Excels in web and marketing data analytics and analysis, able to narrate performance data into actionable insights and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush etc• Experience in web page optimization and user journeys, with good understanding of content best practices optimized for digital deployment• Strong communication and leadership skills up, down and across teams, with the ability to tailor messages for multiple stakeholders, translating complex ideas into simple concepts and able to clearly articulate “big picture” strategy, while applying attention to detail during execution.• Ability to effectively influence without direct authority and lead cross functional teams• Excels in program/project management• Experience with conducting diligent A/B and multivariate experimentsWhy Join Bio-Techne:We offer competitive wages along with extensive benefits for employees and their families.We invest in our employees’ financial futures through retirement programs and an employee stock purchase plan.We help our employees develop their careers through mentorship, promotional opportunities, training and development, internship programs, and more.We offer an international and diverse working environment, enriched by employee resource groups; volunteer and charity events; and employee events that build a culture of caring and belonging.We foster a culture of empowerment and innovation, where employees feel valued and encouraged to bring their new ideas to the table.Bio-Techne is an E-Verify Employer in the United States.Bio-Techne is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
