We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to drive global influencer and creator marketing projects and lead a talented team for 8-16 months as a maternity cover.   • A deep passion for content, social media, and influencer/creator trends, with the ability to understand brands and adapt quickly to digital shifts.
  • Strong industry connections and proven experience working with international influencers and creators to foster impactful collaborations.
  • Solid understanding of influencer campaigns' marketing and analytical aspects, from talent selection and negotiation to contracting and performance analysis.
  • Profound client and project management expertise to build strong long-term relationships with clients, consistently manage their expectations, and take responsibility for coordinating and keeping track of budgets, schedules, resources, implementation, and quality assurance of projects and services.
  • With proven leadership skills and experience in managing people in a creative environment, you know what it takes to grow a team and the services they provide, to become true industry experts.
  • As a hands-on personality and proactive communicator, you are ready to take ownership and lead a team and individual client projects, serving as a liaison amongst all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented and flexible self-starter who can quickly manage priorities and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital agencies or team leadership, working with high-profile, international brands in the influencer marketing space.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Proven expertise in leading global influencer marketing projects across multiple countries.
  • Direct reporting experience to senior management or agency leadership.
  • Interim leadership position for the timeframe of 8-16 months as maternity cover.
