A propos de BlaBlaCar Daily

BlaBlaCar Daily est une filiale de BlaBlaCar dédiée au covoiturage de courte distance (moins de 80 km) et en particulier aux trajets domicile-travail. Elle fonctionne avec une application mobile et une marque dédiée. Renforcée par la fusion-acquisition de Klaxit en avril 2023, l'utilisation du covoiturage courte distance est en forte croissance, en collaboration avec les collectivités locales (B2G) et les employeurs privés (B2B) partenaires.


Ta Mission

En tant que B2G Account Manager, tu es chargé d’accompagner au quotidien nos collectivités partenaires, de maintenir une relation client solide et de confiance, de favoriser la fidélité et la rétention, de faire grossir l’usage du covoiturage de courte distance,, de maximiser la valeur des clients existants, tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités pour l'entreprise.


Tes Responsabilités
  • Développer l’usage du covoiturage quotidien sur les collectivités partenaires de ton territoire :
⚬ Accompagner et coacher nos collectivités partenaires pour qu'elles fassent une promotion massive et efficace du service
⚬ S’assurer que les actions de communication génèrent des activations d’utilisateurs, suivre et comprendre les résultats
⚬ Solliciter en interne un soutien marketing pour générer des inscriptions / activations
  • Etre garant de la satisfaction client 
⚬ Assurer des moments d’échanges privilégiés avec les clients afin de valoriser les actions et répondre à leurs besoins
⚬ Préparer et présenter les comités de suivi/pilotage en fonction des besoins clients  
  • Fidéliser
⚬ Etre en capacité d’augmenter sensiblement d’année en année l’engagement des collectivités pour le développement du covoiturage quotidien
⚬ S’assurer que le client reste en partenariat avec BlaBlaCar Daily sur la durée


Ton Profil
  • Tu as 2 ans d’expérience en account management/customer service ou dans le secteur de la mobilité/des collectivités
  • Tu as de solides compétences en communication et en négociation
  • Tu peux travailler en autonomie sur un scope important (et différent) de clients
  • Tu comprends l’évolution du covoiturage quotidien sur les territoires  et les perspectives d’évolution à court, moyen et long terme
  • Tu es à l’aise en anglais
