About this role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Financial Wellness Benefits team. The successful candidate will support the development, implementation, and management of financial wellness benefits programs, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Legal, HR, IT, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and administration of financial wellness benefits programs, including 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase plan, Health Savings Accounts, Spending Accounts and other financial wellness benefits
Support the implementation of new benefits initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform benefits strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations related to benefits programs
Participate in benefits communication efforts, including drafting employee communications and updating benefits information on the company intranet
Assist in the coordination of benefits enrollment processes and employee education sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems
Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS, CBP)
