Role description:

This is a full-time role located in San Francisco, CA, though it is ok to be remote sometimes! As Blands Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be building up a repeatable marketing motion to grow our sales pipeline and bring awareness to our brand. You will help with ad campaigns, SEO, social media, and any special projects you think will be effective. We love being creative and breaking the mold of a typical SaaS company, and want someone who can make us stand out!

We aren't a super traditional team, but we are an extremely effective one. We love unique backgrounds, hard workers, and intelligent people who take pride in everything they do.

Things you might do:

  • Run AD campaigns on Linkedin, Google, and Socials.

  • Lead large projects for new product offerings and announcements.

  • Go viral!

You will…

  • Make sure our sales team has a healthy pipeline.

  • Ensure our marketing motion is running as efficiently as possible.

  • Spend time with sales and revenue teams to figure out what we should target.

Required skills and Experience:

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in marketing, ads, growth, or a similar position.

  • You have experience working with B2B SaaS companies.

  • You have a minimum of 1+ years at a tech company driving marketing projects.

  • You are obsessed with finding new ways to reach our ICP.

  • You pay attention to small details and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally on a small team.

  • You are creative and organized.
