Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Enablement & Content Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our internal crowd and delivery teams are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will excel at creating, curating, and managing high-quality content, enabling teams with structured release communication, and driving adoption through training and documentation.



Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

* Develop, curate, and maintain a library of high-quality content, including functional documentation, technical guides, FAQs, and process documents.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of features and releases.

* Manage and continuously update content repositories, ensuring accessibility and version control.


Enablement:

* Partner with internal teams to understand training needs and deliver customized enablement sessions for crowd and delivery teams.

* Conduct live and recorded seminars or webinars to ensure alignment on product updates, best practices, and key processes.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for disseminating product knowledge across internal teams.


Release Communication:

* Own the creation and delivery of release notes, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and targeted to the appropriate audience..

* Develop associated functional documents for new features, updates, and changes, ensuring users have the tools to effectively implement updates.

* Ensure the communication of release information is consistent and timely across all channels.


Training and Workshops:

* Organize and lead training sessions on new features, processes, or best practices.

* Provide hands-on workshops to help teams understand the implications of product changes on their day-to-day workflows.

* Collect and address feedback to continuously improve enablement efforts.


Technical Documentation:

* Oversee the creation, maintenance, and publication of technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

* Ensure documentation is user-friendly, comprehensive, and aligned with brand standards.

* Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation reflects the latest product capabilities and processes.


Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience: 3+ years in product marketing, technical writing, or enablement roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment


Skills:

* Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

* Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency with content management tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, or similar).

* Familiarity with software release cycles and technical documentation standards.

* Strong presentation skills and comfort delivering training to diverse audiences.. .


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with global teams or in remote/distributed environments.

* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, or collaboration platforms like Slack.
