Senior Manager, Events Marketing

What you will do
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of events, including large corporate conferences, industry trade shows, customer and prospect gatherings, and partner events, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business goals.
  • Design and implement trade show strategies to maximize booth traffic, lead generation, awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-department stakeholders to ensure event goals, messaging, promotion, and audience engagement align with broader company strategies.
  • Measure and report on event success, to various stakeholders including executives, on event ROI. Apply these insights to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and contingency strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the virtual event programming


What you will bring with you
  • 8+ years of experience in event and trade show management, including large-scale corporate events and B2B trade shows.
  • Strong expertise in planning, executing, and analyzing trade show participation to achieve measurable business goals.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination with corporate marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate event strategies, gain stakeholder buy-in, and share clear updates and insights with leadership.
  • A track record of creating and executing successful trade show experiences, from booth design to lead generation and post-show evaluation.
  • Proficiency in event marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Goldcast, Airtable, etc) and project management tools (Asana, Google Suite).
  • Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional event experiences, coupled with the ability to measure and communicate their impact.
  • Willingness to travel, domestically and internationally, approx. 25%

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $141000 and 193,600 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
