Omni-Channel Marketing Director

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to oversee our Amazon and retail distribution channels. This role is crucial for driving growth, optimizing performance, and managing relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Channel Management:

  • Hands-on management of the Amazon seller account, ensuring optimal listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and advertising performance.
  •  Monitor, analyze, and optimize product rankings, customer reviews, and seller performance metrics to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional strategies on Amazon (AMS, coupons, deals, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and best practices, ensuring compliance and leveraging platform features to stay competitive.

Retail / Wholesale Channel Management:

  • Oversee relationships with key retail and wholesale partners to ensure alignment on sales goals, promotional opportunities, and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with retail buyers and agency partners to optimize in-store presence, promotions, and product assortments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for all day-to-day operations.

Internal & External Communication:

  • Serve as the liaison between internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) and external stakeholders (Amazon, retail partners) to ensure seamless execution and alignment on business objectives.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication regarding product launches, promotional activities, and inventory management to all relevant parties.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
