We seek a strategic and results-oriented Account-Based Marketer (ABM) to join our growing marketing team. As an ABM specialist, you will drive highly targeted marketing campaigns to engage and convert key accounts in the US and UK markets. Your focus will be building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, tailoring messaging, and using personalised marketing techniques to move prospects through the sales funnel.
This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales cycles, and relationship-driven strategies.
Account Identification & Research
Identify and define target accounts within our key sectors. Conduct in-depth research on accounts to understand their pain points, industry trends, and buying signals, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and Demandbase.
ABM Campaign Development & Execution & Performance tracking
Develop and implement ABM strategies for engaging target accounts through personalised outreach, messaging, and content.
Use a variety of tactics to engage accounts, including email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, account-specific ads, and personalised events.
Regularly track the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and account engagement using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to measure success.
Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building
Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts, ensuring continuous engagement through personalised content and outreach.
Implement nurture tracks for critical accounts, utilising automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo to ensure timely follow-up and meaningful engagement.
Monitor lead activity and move prospects through the funnel, ensuring alignment with
Collaboration with Sales
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and outreach efforts.
Provide the sales team with ABM insights, including account activity, lead status, and key decision-makers, to aid in closing deals.
Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to ensure seamless execution of ABM strategies.
Proven Experience:
5+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or B2B marketing with a strong understanding of sales cycles, target accounts, and personalised marketing techniques.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and automation tools for lead nurturing and campaign execution.
Data-Driven:
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, LinkedIn Insights) to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, track key metrics, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Sales Collaboration:
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, align on goals, and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
Strategic Thinker: You are a problem solver who can think critically and strategically to drive results for the business.
Detail-oriented: You pay close attention to the details and ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and at the highest quality.
