Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The person selected will collaborate with numerous BGS partners to execute timely support of the KC-46 Order Management program. This role will also develop and implement best practices and proven methods in cross-functional process improvements, organizational efficiencies, and establish clear integration plans.Position Responsibilities:• Support the development and execution of project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, and setting of operational goals• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, and partners• Develop proficiency with systems and tools required to support day-to-day goals and activities• Work with urgency and make decisions weighing business goals• Effectively communicate company and business unit goals, objectives, and priorities• Use negotiating skills by engaging with specific organizational SME’s to improve performance commitmentsThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Dallas, TX. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• 3+ years of experience working with Procurement, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Material Management and/or Logistics practices and processes• 3+ years of experience in organizing, planning, facilitating, and executing customer logistics• 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines• 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• Experience working urgent requirements with BGS Organization• 3+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in a supply chain, procurement, logistics, or material management environment)• 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products), MART/PART Page, BESSy, Order Manager, Export Determination Guide/GTC website, Airplane Configuration Tracking (ACT) website, etc.• 3+ years of experience with GOLD (Government Online Data)• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or other related fieldTypical Education/Experience:Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
