As a Masonry Apprentice, you'll immerse yourself in the hands-on world of masonry while building your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity. In this exciting role, you will mix and make mortar, install chase lids, and tackle tuck pointing and brick replacements. You’ll even take on minor roof and flashing repairs as you learn the basics of masonry work. Communication is key, so you'll engage with customers via text, perform walk-throughs, and collect payments when needed. This position doesn’t just offer a robust learning opportunity; we're committed to your success. While we prefer some industry experience, don't worry if you're new to the field—we will train you! To join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana, a valid driver's license is a must, along with the ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
