Bonusly is seeking a Visual or Graphic Designer that wants to be part of a high-growth company thriving in the rapidly evolving employee experience space. As a Visual Designer at Bonusly you’ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visual experiences, from concept to execution, for stakeholders across the business. You’ll collaborate with marketing team members and your fellow designers to refine the Bonusly design language as you create innovative, great-looking marketing assets, sales collateral, and product elements that people love.

• Define Bonusly’s visual design strategy and create marketing and product assets that refine and build out our brand
• Rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality designs for our marketing website and online landing pages
• Craft digital collateral and assets, as well as the occasional print project, to support marketing campaignsCollaborate across departments throughout the design process and iterate based on feedback
• Actively facilitate and participate in brainstorming, planning, and objective creation sessions to ensure design and strategy are on message and audience-appropriate
• Empower members of other teams to create on-brand visuals for social media, events, emails, etc.
• Stay on top of the competitive landscape to better understand brand objectives, messaging, target markets, and industry trends in order to share your insights with the broader team

• Have 2+ years of visual design experience for web and mobilecan show us a portfolio showcasing your skills in visual design
• Enjoy creating on-brand illustrations for use in multiple places
• Are experienced designing in Figma and/or other collaborative design and prototyping tools
• Have experience working on designs for Marketing and Communications strategies
• Are organized with strong process leadership skills
• Have a high sense of urgency and a bias towards action

• Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects
• Previous work experience in a startup environment

• Target Base Range: $83,000 - $100,000
• Target Equity: .04 - .06%
