As a Field Sales Representative reporting to the Field Sales Team Leader in our Sales team, your purpose will be to target beauty businesses. You will prospect new customers mainly cold door and may also use social media, offer them a DEMO of the product and help them with an initial set up according to their needs making sure to complete the sign up process and collaborate with the Onboarding team for account activation.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

  • Experience in cold doors or similar roles.
  • A strong customer-oriented approach with exceptional listening, persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and accountability skills, ensuring the ability to consistently meet established targets.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, combined with commitment, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
