Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Digital Organisation as a CRM Specialist!

As our CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales process management including: design, harmonisation and implementation. You will also actively participate in S/4 HANA roll out projects.
  • Analysing and inputting sales related insights into relevant IT work packages, as well as working with the sales organisations to implement defined work-packages with an internal development partner.
  • Consulting with the worldwide sales organisation and business units regarding integration and onboarding of new master data processes and applications in a supportive manner.
  • In addition, you will regularly interface with the Development Operations team and work closely with other CRM, SAP and ERP specialists on continuous improvement.
  • You will be expected to actively communicate and align with worldwide stakeholders to gain buy-in and manage change effectively.
  • You will be a part of a cross functional team in an international environment, this will come with occasional business trips (~20%).

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Have a bachelor degree in the area of Business Administration, IT or comparable qualifications.
  • Have broad experience in the consulting or trade industry with a focus on sales process areas. 
  • Have relevant IT experience in both SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA. 
  • Have CRM process know-how (e.g. SAP or Microsoft D365).
  • Be a strong team player with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong presentation and coordination skills.
  • Have very good language skills in English (written and spoken), German is a plus.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak.
