Senior Accessibility Specialist

Currently, we’re looking for a Senior Accessibility Specialist to assist us with European Accessibility Act opportunities and projects we are having.

We divided your future responsibilities into these categories:

  • Enhance Service Offerings: Elevates the quality and comprehensiveness of accessibility services provided to clients.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensures clients receive compliant and user-friendly solutions, increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Differentiation: Positions Netguru as a leader in accessibility services within the digital consultancy space.
  • Revenue Growth: Attracts new clients seeking specialized accessibility expertise, contributing to business growth.
  • Risk Mitigation: Reduces the risk of non-compliance for clients, protecting both their and Netguru’s reputations.

Your future tasks:

  • Assistance with opportunities - development of services and offers
  • Conducting accessibility audits for desktop and mobile platform, identifying compliance gaps
  • Delivering clear, actionable reports with prioritized recommendations
  • Developing and leading workshops and training sessions for various teams
  • Providing hands-on support to embed accessibility in project lifecycles
  • Staying updated on accessibility legislation and emerging trends
  • Advocating for accessibility within Netguru and the broader industry
  • Creating and disseminating content to promote accessibility awareness

Key requirements:

  • Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and tools (Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE)
  • Experience in developing services and offerings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Project management capabilities
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment
  • Certifications in accessibility (e.g., CPACC, WAS)
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and assistive technologies like NVDA or JAWS

Salary range:

  • B2B: 15,600 - 24,500 PLN +VAT (+20 paid days off)
  • UoP (Employment contract): 13,000 - 20,400 PLN gross
