The Role

We’re looking for a full-time social media manager with an interest in software to conduct our company’s multi-channel social media strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp sense of social strategy, experience managing multiple channels, and the ability to create technical-leaning content that performs. 

We’re looking for a candidate with 3+ years of social media work experience. You should be comfortable owning both the high-level thinking and the day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels (YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
  • Write, design, and publish posts that are clear, smart, and on-brand
  • Use tools like Figma and Canva to create on-brand visual assets for posts and other content 
  • Grow our audience of developers, operators, and AI-curious professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface stories, insights, and announcements
  • Track performance and iterate based on data and intuition
  • Experiment with new formats, tones, and ideas
