Braze is a leading customer engagement platform looking for a Compensation Partner to strengthen its compensation programs. The candidate should be detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for compensation requests.
  • Own compensation data accuracy in Workday.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and document processes.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking processes.
  • Ensure compliance of pay practices with regulations.
  • Present ad hoc compensation studies.
  • Support and educate employees on compensation and equity programs.
  • Administer the equity compensation program.

Education

  • 4-6 years of progressive compensation experience.
