Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Coordinator that will aid our Human Resources department in their day-to-day tasks.Roles & Responsibilities• Process and maintain new and/or current employee records.• Monitor and maintain company compliance (including tracking and reporting) as relates to I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, OSHA, Labor Law, and other Federal, State, and Local laws.• Utilize the HRIS (Paycom) system to track and maintain employee data.• Assist with oversight for employee bonus and rewards/recognition programs.• Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.• Assist with Employee New Hire Orientation preparation.• Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.• Assist Employee Relations with benefit enrollment.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields. Preferred but not required.• 1-2 Years’ experience in Human Resources.• Understanding of HR Laws (FMLA, Labor Laws, Benefit Plans, etc.)• Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, HRIS systems.• Highly Organized• Exceptional Attention to Detail• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
