The Director Product Marketing - Services + Partners will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and narrative for our people products (customer success and services) as well as our partner product marketing work across the platform.In this role, you will build the infrastructure necessary to deeply understand the relevant personas, craft differentiated positioning and messaging, and bring new products and features to market. You'll also serve as the resident GTM expert for our people and partner offerings - amplifying our services and partnership stories through marketing campaigns and collateral as well as through GTM enablement.The ideal candidate must be a world-class problem solver, be able to translate complex concepts into simple stories, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key performance indicators include pipeline generation and maturation, deal velocity, win rates, ACV, market leadership, and solution adoption.Responsibilities:Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of customer use cases/persona and the core benefits of our services and success offeringsClosely partner with our customer success and services as well as our partnership teams to ensure we are delivering on end-to-end scenarios that meet customer needsStay abreast of industry news and events, industry analyst reports, and social activity to educate key internal constituents and drive awareness/demandDeliver key messages that enable our marketing team to execute relevant digital and event-based campaigns and programsDevelop tools and training to support the full sales cycleWHO YOU AREA strong background in a product marketing, solutions marketing or product management roleThe ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven go-to market plansExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of writing compelling content and presenting to executive audiencesThe ability to think creatively about new and fun ways to engage current customers to both upsell/cross sell and drive adoptionThe ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executivesA hungry, infectious personality: we're looking for someone determined and excited to drive successEven better:Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both SMB and enterprise businessesExperience with Partner or Customer success/services product marketingFor candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $176,000 and $200,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $220,000 and $250,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
