In this full-time role, you’ll ensure that our billing operations run smoothly and efficiently while offering top-notch customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve processing and managing billing inquiries from both clients and staff, generating monthly statements, and assisting other billing personnel with various tasks as they arise. You'll be at the forefront of resolving insurance denials and addressing any client billing concerns in a timely manner, showcasing your problem-solving skills. Accurate record-keeping of all billing transactions will also be a vital part of your job, ensuring everything is organized and up-to-date. If you're someone with an Associate's Degree and at least one year of customer service experience, particularly in behavioral health billing, we want to hear from you!
