Bright Harbor Healthcare is looking for a specialist to join our dynamic billing team. We are seeking a candidate with billing experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This is a fully on-site position.

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage billing inquiries from clients and staff
- Generate monthly statements to clients
- Provide support to billing staff as tasks are needed
- Review insurance denials and address client billing concerns in a timely matter
- Maintain organized and accurate records for all billing transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal staff
- Associate's Degree
- Experience in behavioral health billing preferred
- One year of experience in customer service role
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and is organized
