Bright Harbor Healthcare is looking for a specialist to join our dynamic billing team. We are seeking a candidate with billing experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This is a fully on-site position.

Position Title: Billing Support Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage billing inquiries from clients and staff
  • Generate monthly statements to clients
  • Provide support to billing staff as tasks are needed
  • Review insurance denials and address client billing concerns in a timely matter
  • Maintain organized and accurate records for all billing transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal staff
  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience in behavioral health billing preferred
  • One year of experience in customer service role
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and is organized
