Who You Are
brightwheel is seeking a Training Manager to join the Internal Enablement team. This is a player-coach role, and your responsibilities will span from direct creation of curriculum and facilitation of training to coaching, developing and leading a growing team of trainers. As a seasoned training professional, you thrive on cultivating success within customer-facing teams. You possess a wealth of experience in training methodologies, honed through practice in high-growth tech environments. Your passion lies in setting ambitious goals for your team, guiding them towards excellence, and witnessing tangible improvements in performance metrics. You are adept at identifying training needs through a metrics-driven approach and excel in developing scalable training programs tailored to specific roles. Your managerial prowess is evident in your ability to nurture talent, foster growth, and instill a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You are committed to supporting the full post-sale customer experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, support and retention of our customers.

With your deep understanding of effective training methodologies refined in fast-paced tech environments, you’ll define clear goals for your growing team of trainers while also fostering their personal and professional development. Your role will include analyzing performance metrics to identify training needs and develop scalable programs that cater to various roles. By utilizing cutting-edge AI coaching tools, you’ll enhance the training effectiveness and ensure our teams are well-equipped to engage, support, and retain our customers. Collaboration will be key as you partner with senior leaders to create tailored training solutions that fill knowledge gaps, all while continuously measuring program effectiveness to drive measurable improvements.
