Regional Tax Accountant

As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company’s success.Your tasks• Support preparation of all company tax workpapers for year-end tax provision accounting for both IFRS and US GAAP• Accurately maintain real and personal property records in multiple databases and systems• Assist with transfer pricing report preparation and prepare corporate intercompany allocation computations• Support with all US, state and international tax audits• Assist with special compliance projects including R&D tax credits, domestic production activities deductions, unicap calculations, fixed assets accounting, etc.• Principally responsible for all company US Census reporting• Assist with preparation, review, and analysis of company sales & use tax and VAT transactions and related filings• Assist with development and implementation of improved processes for efficient and accurate calculation of information for tax compliance and reporting• Assist in working with various government agencies or committees to secure and support grants and subsidies for the North American Region.Your Profile• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a four-year college or university is preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience. Current CPA, candidate or equivalent is preferred.• At least two to four years of relevant experience with demonstrated success.
