As our Talent & Culture Manager, your role will be to prepare and implement our annual Talent & Culture Department Business Plan, ensuring we have the right talent to meet the demands of our bustling hospitality scene. You will oversee recruitment, manage employee engagement through insightful survey analytics, and introduce innovative T&C solutions that promote employee wellbeing and development. It’s all about creating a rewarding workplace for our team while putting our guests first. If you have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and at least five years' experience in the T&C or HR space within hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
