Strategic Customer Growth Specialist

Our cutting-edge Digital Asset Management platform empowers organizations to streamline their content management, touchpoints, and relationships, enabling them to thrive.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring our high-profile customers get the most value from our Business Solutions. This role requires a strategic approach to customer management, business acumen, technical aptitude, commercial skills, and a deep understanding of the enterprise customer's needs and challenges.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate closely with customers to drive outcomes and ROI from Bynder's solutions• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and consult on the role of DAM in the marketing ecosystem, best practices for delivering content experiences, and continuous deployment evolution• Drive increased adoption and consumption of Bynder's Solutions and integrations with creative and delivery systems• Work with Strategic Account Managers, our Partner team, and SI/technology partners on account strategy for retention and growth• Profile accounts, track news, and financial earnings to understand customer priorities and corporate strategy and how they align with Bynder's value proposition• Set goals for value realization, develop and execute account/success plans, and engage customers in regular business reviews• Maintain customers up-to-date on Bynder's latest innovations and how they can benefit from them• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to share customer feedback and inform the product roadmapRequirements• 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS marketing technology• Strong understanding of the enterprise and ability to communicate value across different organizational levels• Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders• Exceptional business acumen, commercial skills, and technical aptitude• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms, Salesforce and Catalyst being a plusAbout BynderWe are a fast-paced scale-up environment that values creativity, self-initiative, and innovation.
