The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command’s Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM’s primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2’s priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Imagery Analyst, you will have the opportunity to conduct imagery research, analysis, and exploitation to produce imagery and/or geospatial based TM and other products to support basic, intermediate, and advanced target development, along with combat assessment.

  • Produce geospatially enabled target materials (GETM) files in assigned database, conduct CDE, and produce required graphics.

  • Perform targeting analysis to accomplish BDA, produce BDA products, and assist with combat assessments.

  • Provide recommended input to DOD and CJCS Manuals/lnstructions, USCENTCOM/policies/ SOPs, and standards for TM production as required.

  • Coordinate with external/internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines.

  • Respond to RFls, prepare briefings, and present briefings as required.

  • This task may require flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours  to include: weekend support, TDY s, deployments for targeting operations, and support to 24/7 targeting operations.

Qualifications:

Required

  • TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

  • Specialized training and bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years’ experience in lieu of degree

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of a security team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.

Desired

  • ODNI’s Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)

  • DoD Imagery Analysis certification

  • Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines

  • Previous experience supporting a COCOM or National-level agency

  • Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
