Cadre Hospice is expanding access to hospice care and seeks an experienced Spiritual Care Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator to support patients and families during end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

Conduct spiritual assessments and provide support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Facilitate spiritual rituals and ceremonies
Provide bereavement support and counseling

Education

Master's degree in Divinity or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or similar field preferred
