To succeed in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into a People agenda that drives business success. You will report to the People Business Partner Leader, and will be responsible for making data-driven recommendations for innovative, scalable solutions, while also refining existing programs to enhance performance, retention, and the employee experience.
We need someone who is scrappy—able to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt and find resourceful solutions will be key to driving success for both the business and our people.

The ranges listed below are the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.
Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Quarterly Corporate Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits.
Calendly uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:
Tier 1 Salary
$102,000—$138,000 USD
Tier 2 Salary
$93,500—$126,500 USD
Tier 3 Salary
