Associate Product Analyst

Callsign delivers new and exciting capabilities aligned to our Intelligence Driven Authentication capabilities. Product Analyst is an incredibly important role where successful candidates analyze the business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, understandable by the Engineering teams.

Our Delivery Model is a blend of functional and cross-functional and cross-product Feature Teams for continuous delivery to our products and services.

Product Analysts can expect to work closely with the Product Managers, many SCRUM teams and offer constant support with regards to the requirements they are defining.

The following is relevant to each Associate Product Analyst Role profiles available:

  • You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements (owned by the Product Managers), translating them into technical requirements for the engineering teams and validating them.
  • You will act as a bridge between the Product Manager and the Engineering team, ensuring that the team members have a clear understanding of the requirements
  • You will create / build / manage internal and external relationships, for example with customers and internal Technology teams
  • You will be obtaining a deep technical understanding of Callsign product and associated roadmap, while collaborating with the Engineering team/s
  • You will use the technical knowledge gained in order to investigate and solve client queries or evaluate product/core platform changes versus client specific requests.

Planning

  • Works closely with the Product Manager while setting the expectations for delivery of new functionalities with the engineering team
  • Supports planning and estimation process by providing clarifications to the team members, when required

Product-Led Engineering

  • Supports Product Manager in providing vision and direction to the Agile Engineering team and stakeholders throughout delivery phases
  • Analyses business requirements and defines functional and non-functional requirements, as user stories containing BDD acceptance criteria
  • Coordinates impact and requirements across projects
  • Engages with Engineering team members and Architects in order to design the best solution that fulfills client business requirements
  • Ensures Engineering Teams always have an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on to ensure continuous value add
  • Has a good understanding of feature backlog and development for the Product
  • Supports client staging and development instances
  • Conducts post-mortems and defect management regarding technical issues

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both with technical and non-technical knowledge (clients, technical consultants, Product managers, Engineering team members, Architects)
  • Experience working in a high growth, fast paced tech environment
  • Working knowledge of gathering, analyzing and defining requirements (using User stories and BDD acceptance criteria)
  • Engineering experience a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable with learning and understanding new technologies and technical concepts
  • Desire and ability to learn and work with engineers to evolve the Callsign’s technical aspects
