Chief Accountant Poland

As the Chief Accountant, you will manage all accounting processes for both a company and its foreign branch, ensuring compliance with the Polish Accounting Act. Your responsibilities include overseeing accounting data in systems like NetSuite and Symfonia, preparing annual financial statements, and conducting balance sheet reviews. You'll also handle tax and statutory reporting, manage external communications, and lead the accounting team.

To be considered for the Chief Accountant role, you must possess a solid education in Finance and Accounting, along with strong knowledge of Polish financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is crucial, alongside fluent Polish and a good command of English (B2 level or higher). Additionally, experience in accounting leadership and compliance with IFRS standards would be beneficial.
