Security Engineer (Corporate Security)

We are looking for a Security Specialist to manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and BYOD policies. You will safeguard sensitive information, promote security awareness, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring secure access to corporate resources.
  • Develop and maintain BYOD policies to ensure seamless integration of personal devices without compromising security.
  • Lead security awareness programs, designing and delivering training sessions, campaigns, and materials to promote a strong security culture across the organization.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of policies and practices to ensure compliance with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to address potential vulnerabilities and enforce best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze security events related to DLP, MDM, and BYOD environments, responding effectively to incidents.
  • Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve the security posture of the organization.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing DLP, MDM, or BYOD systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and practices, particularly in endpoint and mobile device security.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing and managing security awareness programs.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
  • Knowledge of mobile security, encryption technologies, and secure device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
  • English - B2 level.
