About the role:

We’re expanding our Product team and looking for an Product Manager, Enterprise to help build and scale Captions’ enterprise offerings. As an Product Manager, Enterprise at Captions, you’ll play a pivotal role in taking our enterprise product suite from 0 to 1, defining and executing the strategy to meet the unique needs of teams and larger organizations. You’ll focus on partnerships, developer enablement, and scaling our platform to deliver seamless integrations and transformative value for enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape a critical product area at a fast-paced startup, where your work will directly impact our growth and establish Captions as a leader in enterprise video creation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Lead Enterprise Product Strategy: Develop the vision and roadmap for Captions' enterprise suite, ensuring it addresses the unique needs of teams and larger organizations.

  • Drive Partnerships and Integrations: Collaborate with partners to design and implement seamless integrations, extending the platform's reach and functionality within enterprise ecosystems.

  • Empower Developers: Build tools, APIs, and documentation to enable external developers to leverage and expand Captions’ capabilities effectively.

  • Understand Enterprise Needs: Conduct deep research into enterprise workflows, pain points, and opportunities, ensuring the product delivers transformative value to business customers.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to execute on enterprise initiatives and deliver a cohesive experience for customers.

  • Focus on Scalability: Design features and systems that support scalability, ensuring the platform performs reliably for large teams and organizations with complex needs.

  • Drive Seamless Execution: Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and support to ensure a smooth rollout for enterprise clients and high adoption rates.

  • Leverage Data to Inform Decisions: Analyze enterprise product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to prioritize and refine features that deliver the highest impact.

  • Navigate Complexity: Address challenges inherent to enterprise customers, such as security, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decision-making, ensuring the product meets these demands.

  • Establish Captions as a Market Leader: Develop features that set Captions apart in the enterprise video creation space, positioning the platform as an essential tool for businesses and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management or relevant industry experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, API platforms, or developer tools.

  • Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade products, with a focus on integrations, partnerships, or developer ecosystems.

  • Strong technical background, with familiarity in APIs, platform development, and enterprise software requirements like security, compliance, and scalability.

  • Proven ability to analyze customer feedback and market data to make data-driven product decisions tailored to enterprise clients.

  • Skilled in managing complex cross-functional projects, aligning teams to deliver impactful enterprise features and integrations.

  • Hands-on experience working with external partners and developers, including negotiating and building joint product strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to address enterprise challenges, such as multi-stakeholder decision-making, user management at scale, and customization needs.

  • Passionate about empowering teams and businesses with tools that unlock efficiency, creativity, and collaboration.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing resilience and adaptability while driving results.
