We are seeking an ambitious Onboarding Consultant to guide our growing client base of freight forwarders from the moment they sign up until they are proficient with our platform. You’ll play an essential role in setting up clients for long-term success on our platform. This includes conducting onboarding sessions, providing setup assistance, supporting activation, and identifying upsell opportunities. Your work will ensure customers maximize their engagement and benefit from our platform’s full potential.
This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

Be the first friendly face customers meet as you guide them through the cargo.one experience.
Lead engaging onboarding calls and meetings to empower customers to master our platform.
Understand client workflows intimately, identifying pain points, and providing personalized onboarding tailored to address their specific needs.
Ensure our customers' success through proactive communication—via phone, email, and other channels—to build strong relationships.
Develop and optimize repeatable onboarding processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Identify opportunities for expansion by introducing customers to new products, features, and relevant add-ons.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by integrating them seamlessly into our ecosystem.
🙋🏽♀️ What you’ll need:
Tech Affinity: Proven experience in engaging with digital products and explaining them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Highly Organized & Goal-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks while staying organized and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
Communication Excellence: A natural communicator who thrives on connecting with others, whether it's in-person, over the phone, or through written mediums.
Empathy & Customer Passion: Passionate about understanding customer needs and finding the best ways to help them succeed.
Fluent English: Native or fluent proficiency in English (German or Spanish language skills are a strong plus).
Experience & Initiative: Experience in customer onboarding, account management, or similar roles in SaaS is highly desirable.
🙌 Nice to haves:
Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are a very big plus!
Experience in the freight forwarding or aviation industry.
Background in a fast-paced, early-stage tech environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
