The Team You'll Work With You will be part of the Marketing and Channel organization, reporting directly to the CMO. We have teammates across the country who love spreading the word about Carta, democratizing equity ownership, and increasing access to financial education. Members of our team have created and sold TV shows in Hollywood, been on the floor of Congress during the financial crisis... written political speeches heard by thousands, and led the rebrand of Carta from eShares. The Demand Generation team encompasses campaign managers for each of our core audiences, our digital acquisition team, and campaign operations team. The Problems You'll Solve You will help us turn Carta into a high velocity demand generation and acquisition machine. We are at an inflection point as an organization and retooling for scale. You and your team are a critical driver of that. Drive demand to fuels an exponentially growing business in a way that prioritizes customer experience Create the frameworks for scale that allow us to scale up what we know works and create space for experimentation and testing to identify new growth opportunities Build a team of marketers that obsess over our customers and think creatively to bring more founders and investors to the Carta platform About You You are deeply passionate about building a best in class demand generation team. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
