Position Overview As a Senior Account Executive at Catalyst, you will be responsible for working strategic target accounts within our ideal customer profile. You'll work alongside our Sales Development team to develop and close net-new business. What You'll Do Transform the complicated world of Customer Success and CS platforms, into clear concepts that lead to an effective and improved buying experience, ultimately resulting in net new business Act as the subject matter expert for all things Catalyst during the sales process, creatively solving for customer use cases and articulating value with a consultative approach Be an ambassador for our cross-functional teams in Marketing, Customer Success, and Product by documenting the requirements, use cases, and special needs of our prospects, so we can continue improving upon our best in class solution and experience What You'll Need 5
years of experience, with a track record of success in an Account Executive role Knowledge of Salesforce Core and it how it relates to other parts of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Service Cloud Knowledge of integrations and APIs, as well as, data warehousing strategies with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift/Postgres and/or Amazon S3 A competitive spirit:

$80K -- $100K
