We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Sales Leadership team based in the United States. As a Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales leadership team and managing key operational tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with calendar management, administrative duties, and coordinating essential company events and meetings. The ideal candidate must exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism, and handle numerous projects and a heavy workflow with a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will have experience supporting senior level executives and be comfortable interacting with other high-level members of the team and external clients in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Must be flexible to work east and west coast hours. This is a 3 month contract role.

A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $7,000 per month.
