Job Description

The Supervisor of Education will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CCMR3’s employee education programs. This role will ensure all content aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The Supervisor of Education will play a critical role in fostering employee growth, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring compliance through effective education initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of Educational Development & Compliance.


Position Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Vice President of Educational Development & Compliance to establish the overall strategy for the Education and Development department, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

- Identify education needs and opportunities through continuous evaluation of employee performance metrics, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

- Oversee the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of education programs for employees, including regulatory, communication skills, and performance best practices.

- Work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure education content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies.

- Lead the delivery of education sessions through various formats, including in-person, e-learning modules, and virtual classrooms.

- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment that caters to diverse learning styles and encourages active participation.

- Monitor individual performance, provide developmental feedback, and enhance professional growth plans for employees.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments about local, state, and federal regulations governing collection practices to ensure all materials and programs are up-to-date and compliant.

- Develop assessment mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of educational programs and measure employees’ performance improvement.

- Analyze education data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Partner with operations, compliance, and quality assurance teams to ensure education aligns with operational needs and consistently meets and exceeds industry standards.

- Drive innovation in education content, delivery methods, and technology to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

- Continuously refine education materials based on feedback and evolving industry practices.


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead in a remote environment.

- In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Leadership and team management experience, including coaching and performance evaluation.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

- Adaptability to changing regulations and industry trends.

- Professional certification in education or training is desirable.
