We are a global leader in apparel manufacturing and supply, collaborating with major retailers, including Walmart. To further strengthen our business with Walmart, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Summary
This role focuses on managing and expanding business with Walmart. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Walmart’s operations, be able to handle various sales tasks independently, and confidently communicate with high-level stakeholders to drive growth and discover new opportunities
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management Handle all sales activities, including sample delivery, production planning, and price approvals. Justify pricing decisions and discuss potential adjustments.
2. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with Walmart executives and key decision makers. Confidently present the company’s strengths and competitive advantages during meetings.
3. Business Development Respond promptly to urgent price requests and orders. Identify opportunities to increase order volume and expand product offerings with Walmart.
4. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with product development and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of samples and orders. Coordinate with headquarters support staff when necessary.
5. Market Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demand to inform sales strategies and product development.
Qualifications
1. Experience Minimum of 8 years in apparel fashion sales. Preference for former Walmart employees or those with experience managing Walmart accounts.
2. Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to independently manage a wide range of tasks.
3. Personal Competencies Professional and confident in interactions with senior executives. Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Other Requirements Willing to travel when necessary.
