HR Director

HR Responsibilities• Onboard all new team members, ensuring documentation compliance• Ensure compliance with all local & federal regulations• Creating and modifying systems to ensure compliance with all regulations, including, but not limited to OSHA• Facilitate and manage all employee benefitsEmployee Discipline:• Facilitate and track disciplinary write-ups and lead disciplinary conversations as needed• Lead and document any investigations into harassment claims and take necessary course of action• Problem-solve any employee conflicts and provide recommended courses of action• Assist with providing proper care and response following workplace injuries• Maintain all personnel files• Conduct Exit Interviews• Provide final documentation upon a team member’s last dayAdministrativePayroll:• Maintain time punches and check for errors• Submit bi-weekly payroll and ensure prompt and accurate delivery to team members• Assist with year-end W-2's• Track and manage all leaves of absences and vacation timeSupplier Payments:• Input and maintain vendors as need• Track charges to ensure consistency and follow-up if• needed• Pay all bills in a timely manner and ensure all bills are paid in the month they are received• Submit month-end packageOffice support:• Maintain office cleanliness & organization• Answer phone calls during peak times• Maintain restaurant email account• Uniform ordering• Change fund orderingWorking at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
