The Onco-Fertility Nursing Program Coordinator (NPC) works within the Fertility Preservation Program at CMH. This is a multidisciplinary team that consists of members from oncology, BMT, urology, and gynecology. The NPC is the lateral integrator for the team, acting as a unified point of contact while demonstrating patient/family care coordination. The NPC facilitates fertility preservation across a spectrum of multidisciplinary teams within Hematology/Oncology/BMT, other medical clinics, and lastly outside referrals. The NPC ensures all eligible patients, male/female from 0 days old to 23 years of age, receive timely and comprehensive fertility preservation support.
The NPC is extremely self-driven and organized throughout each task. The organization is demonstrated through communication, logistics, and timely decision-making in collaboration with patients/families, and primary care teams.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $36.75/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
