Your Mission:
The Child Mental Health Clinician plays a critical role in delivering culturally competent, specialized Adaptive Behavioral Support (ABS) therapy to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Reporting directly to the Adaptive Behavioral Support (ABS) Services Coordinator, the Clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions that enhance social-emotional development and improve the quality of life for clients and their families. Through individualized therapy, group sessions, and caregiver education, the Clinician empowers parents and caregivers to implement strategies that foster developmental progress. The Clinician also plays a key role in community outreach, establishing strong partnerships with external organizations to amplify the program’s impact. This position is integral to delivering high-quality, culturally inclusive care to underserved communities and advancing CASL’s mission of improving client outcomes and supporting holistic well-being.
