Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Promotions Coordinator help coordinate all promotions, on and off property special events, entertainment and concerts. Provide additional support to the Marketing management team. You will report to the Promotion Manager.$17.25 Hourly Hours will vary.Primary Tasks:You will implement all of drawings/giveaway, tournaments, all kinds of non-gaming & gaming promotions/events, and prepare all of relative paperwork such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms and any others needed.Arrange all promotional materials/items needed for gift giveaway, decoration for all promotions and events.Setup and clear off the promotional stage as scheduled. Maintain the promotional stage/booth/working terminals/inventory storage clean, neat and sufficiently equipped.Provide support for reception, filing, reporting, tracking and trafficking for special events and marketing.You will coordinate in execution of on/off property events.Update the mobile digital content on gaming floor.Help prepare paperwork distributed to inform other departments of upcoming events and promotions and the things needed from their department.Greet/promote carded play or new member sign-up/communicate about promotion to guests on the gaming floor. Achieve the weekly/monthly goals as assigned.You will collaborate with other departments involved with the execution of the events including EVS, Conference & Group Sales, Maintenance, IT, Food & Beverage, the District, Slot Department, and Table Games Department to ensure the success of events.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Comfortable in large group settings and able to MC promotions/eventsExcellent grammatical skillsCustomer relationship skills to develop promotions and eventsTyping skillsProficient in Microsoft applications.Provide customer service, intra/inter-departmentTwo (2) years entertainment and/or promotional/marketing training; or combination of education and experienceAbout the Choctaw NationThe Choctaw Nation is the third-largest Indian nation in the United States, with over 200,000 tribal members and more than 11,000 employees.
