Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the strategy and execution behind Single Grain’s webinar initiatives. You will manage both the operational setup and promotion of each webinar, including writing webinar descriptions, becoming an expert with platforms like Wistia and Restream, and contributing to promotional strategy for cold outbound, newsletter marketing, social media marketing, YouTube thumbnail design, and more. This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, offering valuable hands-on experience in marketing through in-person collaboration with marketing leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write compelling and engaging content across various channels, including webinar descriptions, email campaigns, and social media promotional posts on CEO Eric Siu’s LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and the Leveling Up with Eric Siu YouTube channel
  • Partner Outreach & Collaboration: Reach out to potential partners, schedule meetings, and build relationships with partner companies 
  • Webinar Coordination: Assist with webinar setup, platform integration, and logistical support to ensure smooth webinar execution
  • Creative Ideation: Generate ideas to increase audience count, engagement, and lead count through strategies such as  offer generation, cold email, and social media promotional strategies
  • Operational Support: Provide general support across marketing operations

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to come up with innovative ideas for content and branding
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing software, and/or webinar management is a plus

Expected hours: 10-15 hours per week, on-site in our Century City office in LA

Compensation: $18/hour
