As a BCBA at Circle Care Services in Marietta, GA, your primary responsibilities will include assessing and analyzing clients' needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing ABA techniques, and supervising the training of therapy staff. You'll work directly with clients in home and daycare settings, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain detailed documentation of client progress and communicate effectively with families to involve them in the therapy process.

To qualify for the BCBA position at Circle Care Services, candidates must possess an active BCBA certification and licensure. Additionally, we prefer applicants with 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction and a strong understanding of ABA techniques and graphing procedures.
