AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Cultural Planning Coordinator is a key member of the Cultural Services Division, serving as a bridge between the City and the Brampton arts community. They are responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration, that supports the City’s vision for arts and culture as a vital component of building a vibrant, sustainable and livable city.
Reporting to the Manager, Culture Planning and Partnerships, this role will deliver partnership programs to support Brampton’s creative community of practice; coordinate arts granting programs; facilitate relationship management and partnership development, lead community relations, and maintain portfolio administration in alignment with corporate policy.
