Why you will love this opportunity as Project Manager at Civica
Supporting Civica's Department of Justice and Community Safety, the Project Manager will oversee the administration, governance, and reporting for all customer and internally initiated changes for Civica Justice Service (CJS). In this role, you will ensure that changes are seamlessly integrated into the business, minimising disruption while maximising benefits for Civica and delivering value for the State.
You will be responsible for efficiently managing the CMO mailbox, ensuring accurate email allocation and maintaining a low email count. You will also schedule meetings within one business day and oversee the PMO calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts. Maintaining well-organised email folders will be essential for easy access to information.
Additionally, you will govern the RFC process in line with contractual requirements, ensuring timely estimations are coordinated and producing both internal and external reports. Keeping the CJS Change registers updated and driving improvements to the Change Management process will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Your role will also involve overseeing the estimating, planning, documenting, and reporting of all aspects of project changes, ensuring strict adherence to CJS policies and procedures. As part of this, you will coordinate updates and submissions for all BSA contract deliverables, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions and producing executive reports to track progress.
Adherence to CJS and Civica policies and procedures will be a priority, ensuring consistency and compliance in all project activities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be vital for fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Finally, you will be responsible for identifying and managing project risks, while continuously seeking process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
