Clarivate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our General Counsel and legal team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, manage and interact with the public company board of directors and handle confidential information with ultimate discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple functions and business segments.

The role will be an integral part of our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team. The LRC team is made up approximately 75 legal, risk & compliance professions globally. We operate as strategic business partners to many key stakeholders across the business.
