Job Summary: Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting
packages, and performs a wide variety of accounting analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs a wide variety of accounting functions including:
Prepare month-end closing and quarterly financial statements
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
Analyze and explain significant budget variances
Prepare annual budgets
Prepare CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliations
Prepare workpapers for auditors
Analyze available cash position of real estate projects
Assist management with special projects
Analyze closing/financing documents to identify applicable accounting
treatment for the transactions
Potential candidates should have at least three years of general accounting experience. In addition, the candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and time
management skills, as well as, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
